About the role
Provide personalised coaching and mentoring to a team of Disability Support Workers supporting people with disability within Supported Independent Living homes in Yennora and Minto.
The successful candidate will have leadership experience a strong understanding of disability services and a commitment to active support and client choice and control. You will be compliance-focused confident in mentoring others and experienced in supporting people with intellectual disability autism and behaviours of concern.
Based in South West Sydney this is a frontline leadership role that will require the successful candidate to be on site for at least 4 days of the week across two Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes in Yennora and Minto.

Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and an NDIS Worker Screening Check.
