Our teamplays a key role in managingand overseeingthe billing and collection of care contributions for adultsinreceipt ofsocial care services.

As a Care Contributions Team Support Officer youwillberightat thecentreof ensuring timely paymentshelpingwith the support offinancial processesliaising with familiesandlegal teams andwith variousinternal departments. Sensitivityandprofessionalismwillbeimportantinyourapproachtopeoplessometimesverydifficultsituations.
Youwillberesponsibleformanagingdirect debit paymentsprocessingrefunds and write-offs andliaisingwith service users and their families. Youwillalsocontributetotheongoingdevelopmentofprocessesundertakedataanalysis andensurecompliance with financial procedures. Strong IT skills including Excel and database management will help you excel in this role.
