Within our HR department we are offering an apprenticeship opportunity where youll gain broad exposure to HR development working closely with HR Business Partners managers and employees.
Your missions
As an HR Development Apprentice you will support the HR team across several key areas contributing to both operational and strategic HR activities:
HR Projects & Development
Contribute to HR development initiatives (skills mapping career pathing mobility tools talent reviews)
Participate in data collection reporting and analysis to support workforce planning and decision-making
Assist in the deployment of HR tools and systems
HR Business Partner Support
Support HRBPs in their day-to-day activities with managers and employees (employee relations performance follow-up HR reporting)
Participate in preparation of key HR processes (annual reviews salary reviews organization updates)
Onboarding & Employee Experience
Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires: welcome kit induction program first-day logistics
Help improve the employee journey from entry to exit by identifying pain points and proposing actions
Conduct satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to enhance integration and retention
HR Communication
Draft internal HR communications (emails posters newsletters SharePoint updates)
Create visuals and content to promote HR initiatives and events (QWL diversity awareness campaigns)
Support the animation of internal HR communities and events
Your profile
Education:
You are currently pursuing a Masters degree in Human Resources Organizational Psychology or a Business School with a major in HR.
Required skills:
First hands-on experience in HR (internship/apprenticeship)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in French & English (daily working languages)
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); knowledge of HRIS or SharePoint is a plus
Analytical mindset attention to detail proactive attitude
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working in a multicultural cross-functional setting
