Assist in day to day business especially organizing and allocating calendar/agenda efficiently strategic meeting organization inbox management preparation of presentations and follow-up activities.
Ensure a smooth and professional workflow.
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders while exhibiting the highest degree of professionalism.
Support the BL management team in several topics e.g. planning of meetings compilation of materials agenda management and follow-up activities.
Expense reporting travel management and respective optimization.
Support with reports & data extraction.
Support the contract management process respective approval flow and signature collection.
Involvement in confidential matters.
Take ownership and personal accountability.
Job Qualification:
Professional education in business/office management; Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred.
2-3 years of experience as an Executive/Management Assistant in an international environment
Good knowledge and practice of MS Office.
Proven experience in managing complex agendas in a structured and reliable way.
High level of service orientation open-minded and friendly attitude.
Excellent communication skills and Language Proficiency to speak and write fluently in English.
High attention to detail and thorough follow-up full understanding of confidentiality and discretion.
Ability to perform well in highly dynamic global and rapidly changing environment.
