Description

We currently have an opportunity for a Contract Administrator. Join our Government & Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in ensuring the seamless delivery of contract operations by providing high-quality administrative support fostering effective stakeholder relationships and driving excellence in compliance and service outcomes. Reporting to the Contract Manager youll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.

What Youll Do

This role offers a broad scope with key responsibilities including:

  • Support the Claims Manager by developing analysing and reporting contract-related data using tools such as Power BI Excel and other reporting systems.
  • Provide high-quality customer service and timely responses to internal and external stakeholders ensuring all enquiries and communications are handled efficiently.
  • Deliver operational and systems support including rollout and troubleshooting for platforms like MyWork and the Works Management System (WMS).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and safety standards while actively contributing to Zero Harm and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contribute to the preparation of ad hoc and strategic reports manage inventory and allocation of supplies control costs within budget and ensure superior data management and organizational skills.

What Youll Bring

  • Proven experience coordinating office and administrative functions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Word Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent organisational analytical and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with a commitment to confidentiality.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively demonstrating initiative and a team-focused attitude.
