Your missions
As a Recruitment Consultant you will :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles (from intake to offer)
- Source screen and engage top talent via job boards LinkedIn and referrals
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate hiring processes with hiring managers
- Maintain and update our applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Help build strong employer branding and candidate experience

Your ideal profile
- Proven experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Fluent in both English and French (written and spoken)
- Strong communication organizational and people skills
- Comfortable working independently and remotely
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Indeed etc.)
- Experience recruiting in finance tech or corporate services is a plus

- Interview coaching session before the client meeting
