Are you passionate about communication and digital tools Join us as a User Adoption Intern to help improve the experience of Axpo employees using our IT platforms. Based in Madrid youll work at the intersection of training user support and internal communication helping shape how teams adopt and use digital tools effectively.
What you will do:
Support user enablement by creating engaging training materials and user guides
Assist with onboarding sessions and provide hands-on IT tool support
Track adoption metrics and collect user feedback to drive improvements
Create internal communications like videos newsletters and event content
Coordinate with internal teams to meet knowledge-sharing needs
Provide basic troubleshooting and escalate issues when needed
What you bring & who you are:
Bachelors degree in Communications Marketing Digital Media or related field
Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 (SharePoint Teams OneDrive)
Familiarity with Confluence is a plus
Strong communication skills and user-centric mindset
Proactive curious and self-motivated team player
Fluent in English; knowledge of (Swiss) German is a plus
About the team:
Youll work with Axpos User Adoption team collaborating across departments to make digital tools more intuitive and accessible. We promote a culture of continuous learning with the shared goal of boosting digital productivity across the company.
