Your Role meaningful & rewarding
Take care of 80.000 users and improve their experience with our services and IT tools
Monitor and push the progress of action plans from product and service ownersand report the overarching status to national and international stakeholders including senior management
Develop project plans and schedules for activities improving the user experience
Analyze technical incident and feedback data from different tools (Service Now Nexthink Qualtrics) and carve out main polluters as well as other significant findings
Translate numbers data and facts into content-related improvement potential and derive meaningful actions with the collaboration of service and product owners
International stakeholder management with the clear target to improve the user centricity
Your Profile authentic & open-minded
Completed studies in business administration or a comparable qualification
Exceptional analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
Several years of professional working experience inrelevant positions
Strong project management skills
Fluent in German and English
High willingness to travel regularly in Europe
