Job Description

We are looking for our next Customer Support Representative to join our European Support Team. Youll work alongside fun energetic colleagues and youll be responsible for converting customers into passionate SuperOffice evangelists. We are looking for someone to support our Swedish speaking customers so speaking Swedish is a requirement for this role.

    Your Role:

    • Communicate with customers via phone email and chat
    • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product pricing and availability
    • Cross collaborate with our internal departments to meet customers needs
    • Master the Costumer Service module of SuperOffice and actively use additional programs for identifying and resolving customers challenges faster

    Your Superpowers:

    • At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience
    • Excellent phone etiquette
    • Excellent verbal written and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multi-task organize and prioritize work
    • Fluency in both English and Swedish
