Your Role as a Pharmacy Retail Co-Ordinator
In this dynamic position you will:
- Oversee the daily operations of the retail side of the pharmacy ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager to implement merchandising strategies and optimise product placement.
- Drive sales through effective promotions customer engagement and product knowledge.
- Maintain exceptional standards of presentation and cleanliness throughout the retail space.
- Manage stock levels ordering supplies as necessary and mitigating loss.
- Train and support retail staff fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
Who Were Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in a retail management or co-ordinating role preferably within the pharmacy or healthcare sector.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating teams to achieve sales goals and high customer service standards.
- Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- An aptitude for merchandising and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written and the capacity to engage effectively with customers and team members alike.

Working Hours & Benefits:
This is a part time position Monday Tuesday Thursday and Friday 09:00-17:30 with flexible working hours including some weekends. Candidates should have flexibility regarding their work schedule.
