Teamworx is delighted to partner with a leading retail brand to recruit an Internal Communications Coordinator a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to step up and make their mark in a busy people-focused business.
If you ve got 2 years experience in internal comms or employee engagement and a knack for supporting desk less employees in dynamic environments this could be the perfect next move.
About the Role:
You ll be the go-to for all things internal messaging from store updates to cultural campaigns. Supporting store managers and their teams you ll ensure communications are clear consistent and engaging using digital tools like Workvivo to bring it all to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Write and deliver engaging internal content across digital channels.
- Trading Pack Delivery: Oversee and coordinate trading pack creation and distribution to store teams.
- Digital Engagement: Manage updates on platforms like Workvivo and drive creative engagement.
- Culture Champion: Support initiatives that build connection celebrate wins and promote collaboration.
- Employee Feedback: Gather and action feedback to improve messaging and reach.
- Team Collaboration: Work with HR Ops and Commercial to align messages with wider business goals.
Ideal Candidate:
- 2 years in internal communications marketing or employee engagement.
- Experience working with or supporting retail/deskless teams.
- Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for communication.
- Strong writing skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Energetic positive and looking for progression.
- Collaborative approach and confident working across multiple departments.
