Screening Questions:
Do you have experience creating and reviewing ISDA confirmations for Interest rate products
Job Summary:
Support day-to-day operations in the Documentation group for OTC Interest Rate & Credit Derivatives ensuring all relevant processing and maintenance functions are completed accurately within prescribed timeframes and in accordance with established departmental procedures.
Responsibilities:
Draft and review ISDA paper confirmations for Interest Rate products.
Process/review Markitwire (electronic) confirmations for Interest Rate products.
Process/review TradeServ (electronic) confirmations for Credit Derivatives.
Ensure all documentation complies with ISDA and market practice.
Interact with Counterparty Front Office and Legal as needed to resolve confirmation issues.
Ensure the tracking of outstanding confirmations is recorded and reported to management.
Qualifications:
Proficiency of ISDA Interest Rate Derivatives Definitions.
5 years of Interest Rate Documentation experience within a banking/investment banking environment.
Bachelors Degree required.

ISDA drafting
