About the role:
This role is within Global Client Onboarding (GCO) based out of Manila. This client facing role requires excellent communication skills as we directly interact with our clients every day to understand their market access requirements to trade and invest in the market. We accordingly decode the complex market requirements to them and guide to provide details and documents as required by the market they intend to invest into.
The key responsibilities of the role include:
Work with clients to facilitate their market account opening requirements fund launches transition events across the global markets.
Review and assess funds account structure and identify required information from associated establishment documents.
Understand market opening requirements and help client provide the details and documents to complete market access to the fund.
Act as a key subject matter expert providing professional Interaction with both internal partner groups and clients both new and existing including attending client and internal calls
Support process optimization within the team as part of the Global Model Expansion
Leverage familiarity with functional process downstream operational groups and risk associated with client events in order to assess and delegate work internally
Co-ordinate daily volumes of work within the team inbox
Ensure client information is correctly sourced maintained and input internally
Manage timeframes for onboarding events in accordance with agreed timelines.
Ability to multi-task and be proactive in driving resolution
Skills/ Qualifications:
Previous experience in a client facing role with excellent communication preferred.
Previous Project experience desirable with the willingness to work as part of a team
An awareness of CASS regulation and downstream impacts
Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail Analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to plan and prioritize day to day workload to meet team deadlines
Strong technical skills i.e. Microsoft excel / office / word
