DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform real-time evaluations of all company products to verify compliance with quality standards.
- Assess the performance of dealers and presenters to ensure they align with the companys quality requirements.
- Detect and communicate any inconsistencies or deviations from established quality standards to the relevant teams.
- Conduct regular technical inspections to confirm that live studio equipment is operating correctly.
- Adhere to and enforce all policies and procedures set by the Quality Control Department for live casino products.
- Continuously oversee live products to maintain consistent quality standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent Turkish speaker (C1 level) with excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficient in English (B2 level).
- Knowledge of the technology and equipment commonly used in live casino settings.
- Understanding of industry regulations and standards applicable to live casino operations.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills focused on maintaining quality.
- Proficient in PC use including advanced skills in Microsoft 365 and other relevant software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities both spoken and written.
