Job Description
Job Summary:
- Assist patients to exam rooms take vitals and prep rooms
- Support providers during exams and procedures
- Perform basic diagnostic tests and document results
- Administer medications and injections as ordered
- Schedule referrals and follow up with patients
- Maintain clean stocked exam rooms
- Handle patient calls and provide updates per provider
- Follow privacy compliance and safety protocols
Qualifications:
1 year of relevant LPN/ LVN experience.
Certifications/Licensure:
- Current LPN or LVN license PA state
- Current BLS certification
Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Hours Per Day: 12.00
Days Per Week: 03.00
Hours Per Week: 36.00
