Are you outgoing bilingual and passionate about connecting with people
We are looking for Customer Service to join the reception teams at five vibrant restaurants located on 8th Street in Miami!
Location: 8th Street Miami
Industry: Hospitality
Pay: $17 - $18/hour tips
Tasks
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and warmly greet guests as they arrive.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements.
- Provide exceptional customer service at the restaurants entrance.
- Answer basic questions about the restaurant and its menu offerings.
- Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Well-presented and professional demeanor.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Enthusiastic about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
