We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our growing this role you will be the primary point of contact for our clients ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally. You will handle inquiries resolve issues and maintain long-lasting client relationships that support our companys mission and values.
Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone email and other communication channels
Provide accurate information about products services and policies
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism
Document interactions and update client records in the company database
Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure satisfaction
Monitor and follow up on customer feedback to improve service quality
Assist in creating reports on customer service performance metrics
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or related field preferred
Minimum of 2 years of customer service or client relations experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset
