Key Responsibilities:
Employer Branding: Develop and execute strategies to position the company as a top employer in the IT and AI industry.
Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain high-caliber professionals who align with our vision and culture.
Networking & Representation: Act as the face of the company at industry events job fairs and networking forums.
Employee Engagement: Enhance workplace culture and employee experience to boost retention and satisfaction.
HR Strategy & Leadership: Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
Social Media & PR: Work with marketing teams to showcase employer branding through LinkedIn Glassdoor and other platforms.
AI & HR Tech: Leverage AI-driven tools to streamline hiring and HR operations.
Key Requirements:
5 years of experience in HR employer branding or talent acquisition (Freshers with strong capabilities and confidence are welcome to apply).
Strong presence confidence and personality to influence and engage talent.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in IT AI or tech-driven organizations is preferred but not mandatory.
Proven track record (or potential) in employer branding recruitment marketing and talent attraction strategies.
Ability to create a WAO impact in HR functions and workplace culture.
