Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans for the ServiceNow practice aligning with Client
0's business objectives and goals thereby making Cognizant client 0 to be the best in class for showcase
externally
Project Management: Lead and manage ServiceNow projects from initiation to completion ensuring they are
delivered on time within scope and within budget.
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of ServiceNow professionals providing guidance support
and development opportunities. Also allocate resources effectively to ensure timely high-quality delivery of
ServiceNow solutions.
Client Engagement & Stakeholder collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for Client 0
understanding their needs addressing concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align project goals with business objectives and ensure
successful project outcomes.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to
enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of ServiceNow delivery globally & Implement and maintain quality
assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality ServiceNow solutions.
Capabilities/Skills /Years of Experience
Domain/Industry (Mandatory)
Technology Skills (Mandatory) - In-depth understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities including ITSM
ITAM ITOM GRC SecOps
Functional capabilities (Optional)
Years of Experience (Mandatory) - Minimum of 20 years of experience in IT project management with at
least 7 years of experience in managing ServiceNow projects.
Certifications (Optional) - ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or equivalent certification is
preferred.

The ServiceNow (SN) Transformation & Practice Leader for Client 0 is responsible for leading and managing the
delivery of ServiceNow solutions ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. This role
involves overseeing a team of professionals driving strategic initiatives and fostering strong stakeholder
relationships. Will work closely with various stakeholders including internal IT & external non-IT stakeholders project
managers and technical teams to deliver innovative and effective ServiceNow solutions.
Capabilities/Skills/Years of Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field. A
master's degree is a plus.
Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills excellent communication and interpersonal
skills and a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Years of Experience: Minimum of 20 years of experience in IT project management with at least 7
years of experience in managing ServiceNow projects.
