Role Overview

We are looking for an elite General Manager Operations to lead the core engine of delivery client accounts and international recruitment partnerships.

This is not a back-office role. You ll be the face of delivery ensuring every client experience is high-impact high-trust and growth-oriented. You ll personally own the success of foundational accounts and drive scalable systems to elevate recruitment partner performance.

In Year 1 your priorities will include:

  • Owning high-touch client relationships and satisfaction

  • Managing recruitment agency partners across multiple regions

  • Implementing scalable documentation workflows and visibility systems

  • Delivering outcomes that grow accounts and set operational foundations



Requirements

  • 7-10 years in operations leadership (B2B services recruitment consulting or immigration)
  • Proven success managing enterprise accounts and international delivery teams
  • Clear ownership mindset and attention to executional detail
  • High-calibre communication both written and verbal
  • Tech-savvy with systems like HubSpot Airtable or project dashboards
  • Commercial thinker with startup agility and strategic drive
  • Experience working with Australia UK or US clients is a strong plus

Client Account Management (70%)

  • Be the single point of accountability for delivery satisfaction and issue resolution

  • Set expectations communicate clearly and proactively drive success

  • Manage job briefs onboarding documents and ongoing updates with clients

  • Identify expansion opportunities (new roles sites or hiring categories)

  • Deliver a white-glove professional experience at every stage

Recruitment Partnership Management (30%)

  • Lead partner relationships across Asia-Pacific Middle East and Africa

  • Monitor quality responsiveness and alignment with hiring needs

  • Deliver feedback manage expectations and elevate performance

  • Create a seamless bridge between offshore recruitment and client outcomes
