You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailTalent Depot is hiring a Client Service Investment & Operations Associate on behalf of a well-established boutique Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) firm. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-focused environment brings strong organizational skills and is passionate about growing within a collaborative and professional wealth management setting.
You will play a vital role in supporting the firm s client service investment operations and financial planning initiatives. After an initial in-person training period the position transitions to primarily remote work with occasional office visits in Rye NY.
Manage daily client service requests ensuring timely and accurate follow-up.
Prepare meeting materials and attend client meetings (Zoom and occasional in-person).
Support treasury maturity monitoring distributions and money movement requests.
Assist in onboarding new clients including application completion and ACATS coordination.
Maintain client records and update systems in a fully paperless environment.
Input and maintain data in eMoney (financial planning software).
Coordinate with third-party asset managers (no internal trading).
Contribute to business development and client growth initiatives.
Proactively identify client needs and communicate with leadership to ensure an excellent client experience.
2 3 years of experience in a client service or operations role within a Wealth Management RIA or family office environment.
FINRA Series 7 or Series 6 license required.
Familiarity with a wide range of investment products (equities fixed income alternatives SMAs 401(k)s).
Knowledge of permanent insurance and holistic financial planning is a plus.
Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of paperless systems and operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
Experience with eMoney Redtail CRM or third-party asset platforms is a plus.
Self-starter with strong organizational and verbal communication skills.
Professional client-oriented and eager to learn in a collaborative setting.
Initial in-person training during the first month.
Primarily remote work with 1 2 in-office days per month.

Education
