Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage site development projects through all phases
Collaborate with design teams to deliver high-quality and efficient site plans
Ensure compliance with all local state and federal codes and regulations
Oversee grading drainage utility layout and erosion/sediment control designs
Support client coordination permitting and internal quality checks
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 5 years of direct civil site experience
Active Georgia PE license required
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
Demonstrated experience in residential and commercial land development
U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required
Job Details
Experience Required: 5 20 years
Schedule: Full-time hybrid (3 days/week in office)
Location: Atlanta GA (local candidates preferred)
