Job Description

MISSION

Design what protects and connects America. As a Civil Engineer your mission is to apply technical expertise to infrastructure projects that shape critical transportation energy and environmental systems. You ll help deliver steel foundation solutions with precision integrity and performance from concept to installation.


PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

  1. Lead geostructural design for steel foundation systems using programs like RISA L-Pile and AutoCAD/Civil 3D.

  2. Collaborate with regional sales and field teams to align engineering proposals with client project scopes and deadlines.

  3. Produce clear technical documents including drawings calculations and installation recommendations for custom steel solutions.

  4. Serve as technical advisor during bid phases and early project development helping clients and contractors understand value-engineered approaches.

  5. Provide responsive project support including job site visits to ensure successful product implementation and client satisfaction.

  6. Continuously improve engineering tools templates and workflows as part of a national team committed to technical excellence and customer success.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have served in the U.S. Army U.S. Navy U.S. Marine Corps U.S. Air Force U.S. Coast Guard U.S. Space Force U.S. Reserves or U.S. National Guard.

  • Bachelors degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master s preferred)

  • 3 years experience in structural or geotechnical engineering; PE license a strong plus

  • Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D RISA L-Pile and structural design codes

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills capable of translating technical data for field and sales teams

  • U.S. military service members from Army Corps of Engineers Navy Seabees or USAF RED HORSE units encouraged to apply
