Key Responsibilities
Lead or support the development of plans specifications and cost estimates for civil projects
Coordinate and run meetings with clients internal teams and external stakeholders
Analyze topographic data maps drawings and aerial imagery for project planning and design
Perform detailed design computations and support technical review
Manage or coordinate with subconsultants and internal disciplines
Ensure adherence to quality control and organizational standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited institution
Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent
4 8 years of civil design experience
Task management experience (budgeting scheduling coordination)
Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Bentley Open Roads Designer/MicroStation
Skilled in construction cost estimating and technical specification writing
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
Supervisory or task lead experience
Road/highway design background
Knowledge of FAA Advisory Circulars Engineering Briefs and Orders
Familiarity with DoD Unified Facilities Criteria
Project management experience (budgets schedules team oversight)
Work Environment
Office-based role with standard working conditions
Work is generally sedentary with occasional walking and standing
Lighting ventilation and environment are safe and comfortable
Additional Details
Experience Required: 7 years (minimum 4 in civil design)
Education: Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
License: PE required or equivalent
