Customer Service (Spare Parts) Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Manage documentation (quotations sales orders invoices delivery orders and purchase orders)
Ensure proper packing of goods for delivery/export
Follow up on quotations and customer inquiries
Collaborate with internal teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
Monitor stock movement
Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in automotive sales
Proficient in Accpac and MS Office
Self-driven independent and able to multitask
Technical knowledge of heavy vehicle spare parts
Professional Certificate/Diploma or related field
Customer service/sales admin experience a plus
