We are seeking a highly capable and detail-driven professional to lead our Change and Process Control function. The Team Lead Change and Process Control is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of IT changes and ensuring that operational processes are documented governed and followed in line with organizational standards and compliance requirements. This role plays a critical part in safeguarding system stability while enabling business agility.


Key Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Lead and supervise the change management process to ensure all IT changes are carried out in a controlled and compliant manner with minimal service disruption

  • Ensure complete adherence to established change management policies and procedures across all technology functions

  • Oversee change impact analysis prioritization authorization tracking reporting closure and documentation of changes to the production environment

  • Implement control processes that verify application and configuration changes are consistently deployed across both Data Centers (DCs) with documented confirmation

  • Establish and maintain a formal change and process control framework aligned with management-approved policies

  • Evaluate all Requests for Change (RFCs) to assess business and technical impact risk and readiness for implementation

  • Act as secretary to the Change Management Committee (CMC) including scheduling meetings preparing agendas and circulating RFCs in advance

  • Ensure changes are logged categorized assessed approved planned tested and implemented in a coordinated and risk-aware manner

  • Liaise with development infrastructure and business teams to ensure changes are built tested and deployed as per schedule

  • Manage emergency changes in a secure and controlled way minimizing impact while maintaining full documentation

  • Maintain a tracking system that captures the full lifecycle of changes including status updates for rejected approved in-progress completed or backed-out changes

  • Verify that each change meets its intended objectives and ensure that any failed or reversed changes are properly recorded and reviewed

  • Ensure solution documentation user guides and process manuals are updated following any approved change

  • Analyze change records to identify patterns or issues and provide regular reports to IT leadership for performance review and process improvement

  • Conduct periodic reviews of processes to ensure effective internal controls and mitigate operational risks

  • Ensure all IT and technology-related teams maintain updated documentation for their internal processes and demonstrate adherence

  • Coordinate with the Configuration Manager to verify changes in production environments are also applied to failover and disaster recovery environments

  • Work with Configuration Management to ensure that all Configuration Item (CI) changes are accurately reflected in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB)

  • Track audit exceptions and risk-related findings generate compliance dashboards and ensure at least one compliance or control assessment is completed annually


Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor s degree in IT or related field

  • 5 years in IT service management with leadership experience in change/process control

  • Solid understanding of ITIL and change management best practices (ITIL certification preferred)

  • Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or BMC Remedy

  • Strong organizational analytical and communication skills

  • Ability to lead teams and enforce compliance

  • Experience with risk management and audit processes
