Job Description
Your Role at a Glance
Project Support & Coordination
- Assist Project Managers in preparing and submitting timely invoices
- Enter and update project data in our ERP system (BST)
- Help track budgets project hours and costs to support accurate billing
- Follow up on outstanding receivables and support issue resolution
Process Support & Documentation
- Support the development and maintenance of templates checklists and documentation
- Help gather data for financial reporting and insights
- Assist with internal audits to ensure compliance with internal processes
Learning & Collaboration
- Participate in training sessions to understand financial processes and best practices
- Collaborate with team members across departments to support project needs
- Offer input and ideas on improving tools and workflows
Qualifications :
Qualifications What You Bring to the Role
- 13 years of experience in an accounting administrative or project coordination role
- Associate degree or relevant coursework in accounting business administration or related fields preferred
- Comfortable working with Excel data entry and basic reporting
- Eager to learn new systems and tools; experience with ERP systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- A curious proactive mindset with a willingness to grow and take on new challenges
- Experience working in the AEC (Architecture Engineering or Construction) industry or a project-based professional services environment is highly preferred

Compensation & Recognition
This role is designed for early-career professionals with a typical salary range of $60000$72000 depending on your skills experience and background. Individual and team success is recognized through performance-based bonuses at the Reporting Center level.
Work Authorization: This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or transfer. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer-sponsored visa support now or in the future.
