Job Description
We are seeking a Client Service Associate to join our team and play a key role in supporting client needs maintaining satisfaction and ensuring efficient service delivery. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing role enjoys problem-solving and is detail-oriented. As a Client Service Associate you will be the first point of contact for many of our clients and a crucial contributor to our service success.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for clients addressing inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
Assist with onboarding new clients and ensuring their needs are met
Resolve client issues efficiently coordinating with internal departments when necessary
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Monitor service delivery to ensure client satisfaction and adherence to company standards
Provide support to account managers and contribute to team projects as needed
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or a related field (preferred)
1-2 years of experience in a customer service client support or administrative role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional demeanor with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms
Ability to work well independently and within a team environment
