About you
You are someone who wants to influence your own development. Youre looking for a company where you have the opportunity to pursue your interests and be able to grow professionally.
You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:
- Bachelors Degree or higher in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or a related field.
- 8 years of experience working with Agile.
- Scrum Master or Agile Coach certifications is a must.
- 10 years in software development projects
- Knowledge applying any change management framework with success i.e. Lean change management.
- Diversity of various agile frameworks to assess the best fit tailored to client needs.
- Kanban certification LeSS Nexus and/or certification Evidence-based management and/or Business Agility certification. (are a plus)
- Extreme ownership and leadership.
- Inspire trust in others
- Coaching is your primary meal at breakfast.
- Driven by a desire to share knowledge and teach others.
- Proven experience providing coaching or mentoring.
- English is a requirement as you will be working directly with US-based clients.
You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:
- Guide through agile mentoring and agile coaching sessions to ensure a excellent performance in agile execution.
- Accompany assess and provides clarity in the help needed to address improvements by applying the best agile ways of working.
- Get support to implement practices and initiatives towards the best software quality.
- Provide training guidance and help to achieve the best results with agile culture and practices.
- Follow up on measurement systems identifying relevant and actionable metrics that lead us to new ways to improve.
