Job Description

The opportunity available is for a detail-driven and proactive Post Production Assistant to support the Retouching and Video Teams in delivering high-quality assets that align with brand standards and elevate the customer experience. Working in a fast-paced high-volume studio the candidate must be organised collaborative and keen to develop their skills in digital post-production.
Key Responsibilities
    Prepare and process imagery for retouchers ensuring correct file naming organisation and capture metadata.
    Apply initial pre-retouch adjustments (e.g. exposure tweaks white balance corrections applying presets).
    Ensure imagery is checked against style guides and is complete before it is passed for retouching.
    Maintain the digital file structure and help manage internal file movement between photography retouch and QC.
    Support the team with basic admin including tracking imagery status retouch requests and feedback.
    Liaise with photographers QC and workflow to ensure accurate handover of assets.
    Maintain tidy and efficient working practices supporting the wider team where needed.
    Pre-retouch imagery for final video edits including desaturating backgrounds and basic skin passes.
    Rename video files according to Frasers Group coding conventions to ensure consistency and traceability across the production workflow.
    Apply video presets to still-life video content to maintain consistency.
    Colour match products across still-life video footage to ensure visual accuracy.


Qualifications :

    Basic understanding of retouching principles (clean-up colour matching consistency).
    Familiarity with Capture One Adobe Photoshop and Bridge.
    Understanding of colour correction and tone mapping for both imagery and video.
    Experience in digital file handling.
    Excellent attention to detail and a high level of organisation.
    Strong teamwork and communication skills.
    Ability to work at pace while maintaining accuracy.
