- Bookkeeping for daily transactions. Prefer to have experience in maintaining full sets of accounts.
- Perform AP/AR function such as aging report payment/debts collection etc.
- Maintain sales order in system.
- Assist manager to prepare monthly and year end management reports.
- Be responsible for fixed assets register and reconciliation
- Be responsible for GST returns and submission and assist manager on tax relevant matters.
- Liaises with banker and auditor.
- Flexible and willing to multi-task.
- Ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager.
Qualifications :
- Accounting diploma/degree
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience
- Good skills in MS Office. Eg. Word excel
- Prefer to have knowledge in ERP System
- Prefer to have experience in construction accounting
- Multi-tasker matured and able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Team-player good coordinator with team members
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
