Job Description
We currently have two exciting opportunities to join our Visual Design team for the busy Christmas season. From festive window displays to visual merchandising and everything in between youll play a key role in creating the magic of the holidays.
In this role youll help ensure every display reflects the high standards and style of the Ballantynes brand. Youll also be part of bringing our Christmas Shop Our iconic Christmas window display and Santas Grotto to life making the season truly special for our customers.
Successful candidate
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:
- A passion for design and visual merchandising
- Previous visual merchandising experience or relevant creative experience would be desirable
- Self-motivated and organised in a fast paced and physical environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to adapt and manage tasks effectively
- An interest in Christmas
- Full NZ drivers licence
- Available to travel to Timaru overnight on occasion.
Additional Information :
Both roles are full-time fixed-term positions for six months working 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday.
Flexibility including overtime may be required during the Christmas installation period.
Ideal starting time for these positions are August/ September.
