Job Description
INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS
- Execute internal communication strategies to keep the field sales team informed about company updates product launches and sales targets.
- Create and disseminate regular newsletters updates and announcements to ensure consistent and clear communication within the sales team.
POS MANAGEMENT
- Plan and monitor POS and coolers for accurate and full placement.
- Responsible for ordering/printing on-time dispatch of materials covering maintenance replacement/repair needs and relevant budget control.
SELL SHEET DEVELOPMENT
- Create sales collateral presentations and materials to support field sales representatives in their interactions with clients and retailers.
REPORTING
- Collect data from Field App and derive key insights to propose actions for improvement or identify white spaces.
- Establish mechanisms for gathering feedback from field sales representatives regarding communication strategies and materials.
- Use feedback to continuously improve communication effectiveness.
Qualifications :
>3 Years experience in Field Sales preferably in the FMCG industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with FMCG market dynamics and trends.
Bachelors degree in Communications Marketing Business or a related field.
