Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Casino Ambassador to join our dynamic team in Kenner United States. In this role you will be responsible for creating exceptional guest experiences promoting player loyalty and serving as a key representative of our casinos commitment to outstanding service.

  • Circulate throughout the casino floor to proactively assist guests with questions concerns and requests
  • Drive membership growth for the Players Club through direct engagement and recruitment
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests through various communication channels including direct mail phone calls and written correspondence
  • Educate guests about Players Club benefits point systems and promotional events
  • Process player rewards and explain prize redemption procedures
  • Collaborate with Casino and Slot Hosts to support player development initiatives
  • Monitor gaming floor activities to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of player interactions and follow-up activities
  • Participate in special events and promotional activities

Qualifications :

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a hospitality or gaming environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal abilities with a focus on customer service
  • Proficiency in computer applications including:
  • Word processing software
  • Spreadsheet applications
  • Database management
  • Email systems
  • Player tracking systems
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including nights weekends and holidays
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Knowledge of casino operations and gaming regulations
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain required gaming licenses and certifications
  • Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
