- Keep a strong control over daily stock maintenance by continuous monitoring of inventory shrinkage stock availability to guarantee and create the optimum stock performance in quality quantity and safety targeting customer segments and following the company strategy and to create the right base for reordering.
- Coach and train team members on existing and new concepts technology and functionality to pave their way towards the successful achievement of the functional objectives of the team thus playing a role in the enhancement of the technical skill set of an individual and improving the growth of an individual towards positive attitude.
- Customer file monitoring and action plan definition to check customer activity and set-up actions (campaign management) customer activity per product family and customer activity regarding turnover performance.
- Addressing customer complaints to understand customers needs and expectations and to propose solutions.
- Visit competitor to check price assortment merchandizing services competitor activities and to give feedback on the competition to buying hence not relying only on MIU reports.
- Perform Weekly monthly and annual inventory management to have the right stock for the right customer at the right time and to maximize the ROS.
- Planning of seasonal activities to be in time with planning merchandizing reordering staff scheduling.
- Keep a conducive and learning environment among all team members in order to ensure a healthy friendly productive and supportive environment.
