- Lead and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition activation engagement and retention at Wayvida.
- Plan and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across performance channels (search social email referrals etc.)
- For EdTech verticals focus on acquiring and nurturing learners educators or institutions via webinars demos and conversion funnels
- For SaaS verticals implement product-led growth strategies by optimizing onboarding user journeys and feature adoption
- Drive continuous experimentation through A/B testing funnel optimization and user feedback analysis
- Collaborate with product design marketing and sales teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives
- Monitor and report key performance metrics providing insights and recommendations for performance improvements.
- Identify and execute lifecycle marketing and re-engagement strategies to reduce churn and increase customer LTV
- Explore and test new growth opportunities across emerging channels partnerships and distribution models
- Own growth KPIs and provide regular updates to leadership with data-backed strategies and execution plans
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Technology or a related field; MBA is an added advantage
- 5 7 years of experience in growth digital marketing or performance marketing roles preferably in EdTech or SaaS companies
