- Responsible for sales & management of all group bookings of 10 rooms or more
- Management of PCO group blocks relating to inventory payment & group setup
- Handle enquiries for group bookings via email or phone communicate immediately and provide a reply or confirmation
- Ensure a prompt input of reservations and data for all group enquiries & bookings
- Preparation of group information sheets (group movements) and briefing of Hotel stakeholders prior to arrival of group
- Manage Hotel inventory in relation to group reservations and monitor potential wash of business
Qualifications :
- 1-2 years of experience in a Front Office or Reservations role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook Microsoft Office & Opera
- Service oriented with an eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and demonstrated initiative in a dynamic environment
- Self-motivated and energetic with a strong focus & passion for hotel operations
- Confident and articulate communication negotiation relationship and networking skills
