We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager-Corporate to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership you will be responsible for driving corporate sales growth developing and implementing sales strategies and leading a high-performing sales team.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed corporate sales targets
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends competitor activities and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential corporate clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Forecast sales revenue and adjust strategies as needed to meet organizational goals
- Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking opportunities
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of corporate sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrated experience in sales team leadership and management
- Strong proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales analytics tools
- Excellent presentation negotiation and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of corporate sales processes and industry trends
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and forecasts
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills for competitive landscape analysis
- Experience in building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Proficiency in sales forecasting and performance tracking
- Sales management certifications are preferred
