We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Assistant Manager - Finance to join our team in Mysuru India. In this role you will play a crucial part in overseeing financial operations ensuring accuracy in accounting processes and supporting strategic decision-making within our organization.
- Plan and prepare expense account schedules as required
- Ensure accurate reconciliation of Balance Sheet items with respective subsidiary ledgers and schedules
- Control and review accounting processes to maintain financial integrity
- Assist in preparing comprehensive financial reports and analyses
- Support the Finance Manager in strategic financial planning and decision-making
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and systems
- Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics
- Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
- Mentor and guide junior finance team members
Qualifications :
- MCom or MBA in Finance required
- 3-5 years of experience in financial management or related field
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles financial reporting and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Experience in financial forecasting and budgeting
- Knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills
