Job Description

Sales Executive (Wedding & Social Event) 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team specializing in social events and weddings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads building client relationships and driving sales for weddings private parties and other social gatherings. You will work closely with clients to create memorable experiences while ensuring revenue growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Sales & Business Development:

    • Identify and secure new business opportunities for social events and weddings.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with wedding planners vendors and corporate clients.
    • Conduct site visits and meetings with potential clients to showcase event spaces and services.
    • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Understand client needs and tailor event packages accordingly.
    • Provide personalized recommendations and ensure a seamless planning process.
    • Follow up on inquiries and maintain excellent communication throughout the sales cycle.
  • Event Coordination & Execution:

    • Work closely with event operations catering and other departments to ensure flawless execution.
    • Oversee contracts proposals and event confirmations.
    • Attend and assist during major events as required.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis:

    • Stay updated on industry trends competitor pricing and market demands.
    • Develop strategic sales initiatives to attract high-value clients.

Qualifications :

Your experience and skills include:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Hospitality Marketing or a related field (preferred).
  • 1 years of sales experience in event planning hospitality or a related industry.
  • Strong networking skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software Microsoft Office and event management tools.
  • Passion for weddings and social events with a keen eye for detai
