Could you be the full-time onsite Production Manager in Plattsburgh NY US were looking for
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive production management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside dedicated innovative and collaborative teammates. Youll lead all manufacturing activities for our projects making a significant impact on our production flow and project execution. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (supply chain quality assurance industrialization) manage training and hiring for manufacturing personnel and much more.
Well look to you for:
Driving continuous improvement on Key Performance Indicators including customer delivery percentage work rate and hours per job
Ensuring adherence to Environment Health and Safety rules and regulations
Leading the finalization of manufacturing preparation for activity within the EPU
Hiring coaching and developing your team with a focus on driving occupational safety.

High school diploma or GED is required
Bachelors degree in business management engineering manufacturing management or a related field is preferred
5 years of experience in manufacturing operations or similar
Familiarity with Environment Health and Safety rules and regulations
Proven leadership competencies
Knowledge of industrial management and manufacturing processes and technologies.

In accordance with New York State law the anticipated salary range for this position is $75000 - $95000. The actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience education and qualifications. This range reflects the base salary only and does not include bonuses incentive pay or other forms of compensation.
