We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef to join the culinary team at a prestigious award-winning 2 Rosette gastro pub. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and ambitious chef eager to develop their skills and gain hands-on experience across all kitchen sections working closely with the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef.
About the Role:
You will play a key role in preparing exceptional dishes using fresh locally sourced ingredients and contribute to menu development. This position offers a dynamic working environment ideal for a dedicated innovative chef seeking career progression. Live-in accommodation is available.

Employment Type: Full-time
Working Pattern: Shift work 5 days on 2 days off)
Salary: Up to 34000 per annum including service charge
Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
Ensure recipes and product yields are accurately costed and reviewed regularly
Prepare food following standard recipe cards maintaining portion control and minimizing waste
Train and supervise junior kitchen staff ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Maintain strict health and safety standards
Organize kitchen sections and manage ordering
Experience in a similar role preferably in fine dining or high-end hospitality
Strong organizational and time management skills
Confident leadership of a kitchen section
A proactive positive team player
Passion for quality food and excellent presentation
Calm and effective communication skills under pressure
Starting holiday allowance of 20 days increasing up to 27 days plus 8 bank holidays
