Pratt and Whitney has an exciting opportunity within our Military Engines (ME) F135 Program Financial Support (PFS) Organization for a Senior FP&A Manager supporting the F135 Development Program.
This is an onsite position based out of our East Hartford Connecticut campus location.
What You Will Do:
This position is responsible for providing an array of financial services in support of F135 Development Contracts with the United States Government (USG).
Job responsibilities entail financial analysis to support contract negotiations funding analysis to support program execution managing contract data deliverables to ensure contract compliance amongst other things.
Responsibilities include:
- Act as a Business Adviser to the Program Management Office (PMO) in support of multiple USG Cost Plus and Fixed Price contracts.
- Support contract negotiations and sub-contracts by providing robust financial analysis and recommendations.
- Manage contract close-out efforts and cancelling funds as contracts reach the end of the period of performance.
- Improve PW ability to optimize incentive fee thru robust analysis and recommendations.
- Manage contract compliance specific to financial terms and conditions USG notification requirements and related compliance metrics.
- Drive efficiencies and leverage technology PW systems and other resources to streamline P&L/ BS/ USG reporting.
- Manage Program liquidity across all Development contracts by effectively controlling funding spending billing and cash flow projections.
- Manage complete accurate and timely disposition of USG and PW requests.
- Actively promote a learning environment by leveraging CORE Tools & initiatives in support of F135 PMO deliverables.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance and 10 years of experience in Accounting or Finance; OR an Advanced degree in Accounting or Finance and 7 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen - this position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship.

- SAP Business Warehouse Dassian Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) OneSteam ODM Microsoft Office Products.
- Experience with financial analysis and work within a financial organization.
- Independent motivated and able to manage multiple priorities and influence in a matrix organization.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Able to meet critical deadlines and develop and apply solutions and process improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

The salary range for this role is 124000 USD - 250000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
