The Online Lending Services Specialist will respond to incoming calls process online loan applications and requests and take advantage of cross-sell opportunities while providing excellent member service to members and non-members. This person will thrive in a high-paced team environment but will also be self-motivated. The Online Lending Services Specialist should exhibit strong work ethic excellent communication organizational skills and superb multi-tasking skills.
EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of one year up to three years of similar or related experience including preparatory experience.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:
A high school degree or equivalent
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:
Normal courtesy in dealing with others is required. A significant level of trust credibility and diplomacy is required. In-depth dialogue conversations and explanations with customers direct and indirect reports and outside vendors can be of a sensitive and/or highly confidential nature.
