Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable **HVAC Technician** to join our team. This role involves installing maintaining and repairing heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. The ideal candidate will have experience troubleshooting HVAC issues ensuring optimal system performance and delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Install inspect and repair HVAC systems including furnaces air conditioners and ventilation units.
- Diagnose system issues and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.
- Conduct routine maintenance and system efficiency assessments.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to customers on system improvements and energy efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls installations and repairs.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification or associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of Specify years years of experience in HVAC installation maintenance and repair.
- Hands-on experience with mini-split systems
- Experience with brands like LG Daikin GREE or similar is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of electrical and refrigeration systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
