Job Description

Job Title: Senior Associate Attorney Indiana Foreclosure
Location: Indianapolis IN (Hybrid/Onsite)
Pay: $125000 to $135000
Sign-On Bonus: $5000

Job Summary:
A high-volume litigation firm is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney to lead its Indiana foreclosure practice. This position offers high-level responsibility with courtroom autonomy direct client interaction and the opportunity to manage legal staff and office operations. The role involves handling contested foreclosure matters reviewing pleadings representing clients at hearings and contributing to the firms growth in Indiana. Ideal for a seasoned attorney ready to lead with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of foreclosure matters including contested litigation
- Prepare review and approve foreclosure-related pleadings
- Represent clients in mediations depositions telephonic and in-person hearings
- Manage and support legal staff and office workflows
- Provide regular client updates and strategic advisement
- Participate in firm-level client development efforts
- Maintain compliance with timelines and documentation requirements
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Must Haves / Requirements Summary:
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- Active Bar membership in the State of Indiana (in good standing)
- Minimum 8 years of experience handling Indiana foreclosures
- Ability to manage and prioritize a high-volume caseload
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage legal proceedings from initiation to resolution
- Strong time management reliability and organizational discipline
- Proven client service skills and problem-solving capabilities

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing legal staff or a branch office
- Background in business or client development
- Familiarity with client systems or case management tools such as Black Knight or Caseware
- Strong professional presence in the Indiana legal community
