Job Description
Note: This is a hybrid position based in Miami FL. However the role requires being on-site five days a week during the first few months of training.Note: You must have at least 3 years of commercial litigation experience. If you do not meet this requirement please do not schedule a call as it will be canceled.

Job Description
- Provide direct support to a high-volume commercial litigator
- Draft proofread and edit legal documents and correspondence with close attention to detail
- Maintain attorney calendars schedule hearings and manage court deadlines
- Handle e-filing and discovery production
- Organize and manage case files exhibits and trial prep materials
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to keep the practice running smoothly
- Communicate professionally with clients opposing counsel and court personnel
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial litigation
- Strong proofreading and organizational skills are critical
- Must be highly meticulous and dependable under pressure
- Experience managing court calendars and deadlines
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Miami area
- Candidates with backgrounds in insurance defense or criminal law are less preferred but will be considered if they meet the commercial litigation requirement
