Position: Insurance Agent (1099 Commission-Based)
Location: Hybrid Based in Indiana
Mondays in-office; Field-based TuesFri (across Indiana Northern Kentucky and Northwest Ohio)
Employment Type: 1099 Contract Commission-Only Paid Training Included

What Youll Be Doing
This is a full-time hybrid position where youll:
- Work in-office on Mondays for training leadership development and planning.
- Spend TuesdayFriday in the field consulting with clients in your local area.
- Use warm pre-generated leads (no cold calling) to assist families with insurance solutions.
- Support and grow existing client accounts while building new relationships.
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track outreach follow-ups and conversions.
- Represent a mission-driven agency focused on helping people and rewarding performance
What You Must Bring to the Role
Youll be a fit if you:
- Are driven disciplined and coachable
- Are excited about a performance-based commission-only structure
- Have a valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle for client appointments
- Can pass a criminal background check (no felonies)
- Currently hold a state insurance licensed or willing to get licensed (we provide onboarding and support)
- Are not seeking remote-only work this role requires field presence and office attendance on Mondays
Not a fit if: You need remote-only work are not open to commission-based earnings or lack access to reliable transportation.
Compensation & Growth
- Commission-Only Uncapped earning potential.
- $65K$80K first-year income average.
