Job Description
Position: Business Analyst / System Analyst (Outsource)
Openings: 3 Positions
Location: Ratchada (Hybrid Work)
Contract: 6-Month Outsource Contract
Monthly Salary: Up to THB 50000
Job Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business and user requirements to define system specifications and solutions
- Design system workflows and manage API/system integration between platforms
- Collaborate with development teams testers and stakeholders to design and implement digital products or internal systems
- Create and review documentation including Functional and Technical Specifications
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support post-deployment activities
- Manage and follow up on incidents or production issues analyze root causes and coordinate with related teams for resolution
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Analysis or System Analysis
- Experience in system integration or digital product development is a strong plus
- Good understanding of Web Services (SOAP JSON RESTful API)
- Familiar with tools such as JIRA Confluence Google Workspace Microsoft Office
- Able to work in a hybrid model and commute to True Ratchada as scheduled
