Job Description

Customer Support Specialist - Swedish English (Hybrid Sofia)

Are you fluent in Swedish and confident in English Join our international team in Sofia Bulgaria as a Customer Support Specialist and help users of a leading housing platform have a smooth and reliable experience. In this hybrid role youll assist Swedish-speaking customers via phone email and chat with professionalism clarity and empathy.

Location: Sofia Bulgaria
Work Model: Hybrid (office remote flexibility)
Languages: Swedish (C2) & English (B2)
Schedule: Monday to Friday 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Contract Type: Full-time
EU Passport Required
Relocation Support Provided (if applicable)
